Tea Clipper – In style of Cutty Sark
Built by Pete Field (Merms) between October 1984 and February 1986 to a scale of 1/8th inch to 1 foot (1/48th)
Unfortunately there is a fundamental error – the distance between main and mizzen masts is 3 inches short or 24ft of ship!!!! This was not noticed until many years later. Measure twice cut once!!!
