2022 saw us return to normal activities following the COVID disruption. The GWR site has a functioning Garden railway that we hope will see greater use. Like so many clubs we have difficulty in encouraging new and younger members. We still rely on a small group of stalwart members. Let’s hope 2024 will enable us gain some new younger members.

We remain hard pressed to open the Sawmill to the public on a regular basis, but we have installed a slot machine mechanism that brings many of our railways to life for the princely sum of £1.

Where we go in the future will entirely depend on maintaining a following and a healthy group of members.
